*RECOMMENDATIONS: If you have already received your Meningitis vaccination – it is now recommended that you receive another vaccine as early as 3 years after prior vaccination.

**Children under 18 must bring their parent/guardian & If possible, please bring your immunization card!

Sierra’s Foundation has vaccinated over 6200 people through our many Free Vaccination Clinics! We are only able to sponsor vaccination clinics due to all of the amazing support we have at our annual 5K Run/Walk & numerous sponsorships & donations – THANK YOU! Please get your loved ones vaccinated!
